Daniel Columbus Braxton, 60, of Cottondale, FL, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Southeast Health.
Daniel was born November 17, 1960 in Chipley, FL, to David and Margaret Braxton. He was a pharmacy technician, beginning his career at Kings Drugs in Chipley, FL as an intern and later taking a position at The Medicine Shop in Bonifay, FL. He was also a longtime truck driver for Wylie Trucking. Daniel attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Braxton.
Daniel is survived by his mother, Margaret Braxton of Cottondale, FL; brother, Steve Braxton (Donna Burke) of Cottondale, FL; niece, Stephanie Songer (Melvin) of Bonifay, FL; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Daniel will be missed by all.
No services are planned at this time. Memorialization will be by cremation with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home in Charge of arrangements.
