Chipley, Florida Mayor Tracy Andrews Wins Annual Women’s Pinnacle Award From ‘850 Magazine’

Chipley, Florida has a great mayor, who also happens to serve as manager of the local electric company, and who also happens to have a servant’s heart, regularly contributing her time and efforts to better her community.

It was on these merits and others that Chipley, Florida Mayor Tracy Andrews won top honors from 850 Magazine as a member in the rare air of the ‘Pinnacle Club’.

The annual awarding of this title to Northwest Florida women of distinction  recognizes business contributors awards are held each year to honor women in the Florida Panhandle who are moving forces in businesses and nonprofit entities.

Said the nominating committee, ‘We know that business and community members are led to a life of service above self’.

‘Rarely do we meet someone who is so focused on service to others that they genuinely take on leadership roles, meeting the challenges and adversity head-on to achieve the purpose of making life better, of standing for what is right. of preserving dignity and of creating unity’.

‘Tracy Andrews is one of those people- she is a respected leader whose quiet influence and passion to serve – customers, community, Faith and heritage – has had a tremendous and affirming impact in her home community and throughout Northwest Florida’.
