Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Charges Donald Keith McKinney and Bobby Joe Myers with Possession of Methamphetamine and Drug Paraphernalia on March 16, 2021

On March 16, 2021 A deputy stopped an older Plymouth Van on Hwy 163 being driven by Bobby Joe Myers from Geneva, Alabama.
 
Myers stated to the deputy that he did not have a valid license, which was confirmed through dispatch. Myers further stated that there were drugs in the vehicle.
 
A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Donald Keith McKinney of Westville. A search of the vehicle was conducted and located were baggies that contained methamphetamine also located was a black bag containing meth and paraphernalia with McKinney’s debit card inside.
 
Both McKinney and Myers were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Myers was also charged with driving while license suspended.
