The Marianna Police Department has made a positive identification of the homicide victim who was found on 03/15/2021.
The victim is 24 year old Heather Foulks, a resident of Marianna, Florida.
On 03/15/2021 officers with the Marianna Police Department responded to a residence on Hawk Street in reference to the discovery of a dead body near a wooded area.
The Marianna Police Department notified the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Crime Lab and the 14th District Medical Examiners Office.
The deceased was a white female, wearing pink colored pants and a grey hooded sweatshirt.
