On Friday, April 2, 2021, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued an Executive Order banning vaccine passports, protecting the rights of Floridians by prohibiting businesses from requiring proof of vaccination to gain access to their business, goods, or services.
This order is immediate, but must be passed into law by the Florida Legislature.
