According to WTVY-TV in Dothan, Alabama, a Marianna, Florida man was arrested by the Marianna Police Department on April 7, 2021 and charged with being a “peeping tom”.
Marianna Police say they received two reports on Wednesday about a man looking in windows of homes in the early morning hours.
Investigators were able to get a video of the suspect and identify him as Marion Marshall.
Marshall was arrested and charged with two counts of Voyeurism. He was taken to the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
