Instructors and students from Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, Florida joined the Chipley High School AVID program on Tuesday, April 22, 2021 for a Career Fair, with a morning of education and activities geared toward engaging CHS students in the offerings at the Technical College.

Attending were Rhonda Wilson, Instructor of Patient Care Technician and Phlebotomy; Tanya Taylor, Instructor for Drafting, and Paul Goulding, Instructor for Drone Technology, Digital Video Technology and the Photographic Specialist Program.

Paul Goulding led the discussion with an address of the AVID students, explaining some of the requirements for dual-enrollment, which is available for students 16 years of age, with a 2.0 grade point average, at no cost to parents, during their Junior and Senior year of high school.

Students listened to the presentations by all three instructors and discussion was lively, with a question-and-answer period, as seen in these photos by students in the FPTC Digital Photography Program.
