Vernon Elementary School Utilizes Florida Panhandle Technical College to Live Stream Tropicana 5th Grade Speech Contest

The Annual 4H Tropicana Speech Contest was held at Vernon, Florida Elementary School on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, but this year there was a twist.
 
The event was live-streamed by students from Florida Panhandle Technical College Digital Video Technology Program, as seen in Part 2 of these photos of and by FPTC students.
