Jackson County, Florida Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshal Service Fugitive Task Force Arrest Tre’von Sims of Marianna

On June 17, 2021 the Jackson County, Florida Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the U.S. Marshal Service Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force in locating and apprehending Tre’von Sims of Marianna.

Sims was wanted on several warrants to include Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Grand Theft Auto, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Failure to Appear for Criminal Mischief, and Failure to Appear for No Valid Driver License.

Through investigative techniques, Sims was located and taken into custody without incident.

Sheriff Donnie Edenfield would like to thank the U.S. Marshal Service, the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office, the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, U.S. Customs & Border Protection, the Panama City Police Department, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in bringing this fugitive to justice.
