Holmes County Sheriff’s Office Arrest Tristian Prevatt for Counterfeiting, Fleeing and Attempting to Elude

On June 21, 2021 a deputy responded to Millers Grocery in reference to a individual identified as Tristan Prevatt passing a counterfeit $20 bill.

Once done at the store the deputy attempted to locate the vehicle and observed it coming off Lewis Leavins drive and turn North on Hwy 177. The deputy attempted to stop the vehicle and the vehicle began to flee. The deputy initiated a pursuit to which led down Paulk Rd. and eventually stopping on WA Clark Rd.

The driver of the vehicle, Tristian Prevatt was taken into custody for fleeing and attempting to elude. Prevatt also had active warrants on her out of Holmes County. Charges for passing the counterfeit money are pending further investigation.
