Jamie Bukowski Recommended to Take Over as Head Baseball Coach at Vernon, Florida High School

Pending School Board approval, Coach Jamie Bukowski has been recommended to take over as head baseball coach at Vernon High School.

Coach Bukowski comes to us from Rutherford HS in Panama City where he was the head coach for the past two seasons.

Before that he was a baseball coach at Palm Bay HS and Heritage HS in Palm Bay, FL. He spent the summer of 2018 in Shenzhen, China as director of baseball operations at the prestigious Blue Sox Baseball Academy.

Coach Bukowski had over 20 years of coaching baseball at the high school level coaching Varsity baseball, American Legion Baseball, 16u and 18u travel baseball, and Little League baseball.

He has coached many players who have gone on to play at all levels of college baseball including one MLB draftee.

He resides in Wicksburg, AL with his wife Melissa and children Emma and Brady.
