Derwin White, 55 and president of GAC Contractors in Panama City, Florida passes on Saturday, July 31, 201.
White was born and raised in Vernon, Florida and was a benefactor to many charitable projects in the region.
Working his way from the bottom at GAC starting in i985, White eventually became a partner and then president.
Arrangements are being made for his funeral at this time.
