Latest Tropical Storm Fred Information on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 From National Hurricane Center

By | August 12, 2021

The new National Hurricane Center forecast track for Tropical Storm Fred is for landfall east of Apalachicola on Sunday evening; the system is not forecast to reach hurricane hurricane strength. But remember, this forecast (both track and intensity) can and probably will change.

The main impact will be along and east of the track; for now it looks like the Alabama Gulf Coast, and the western Florida Panhandle, will be on the “good” west side of the circulation.
