Minnie Crunkelton, 76 of Sunny Hills, went home to be with the Lord on August 16, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Minnie was born on October 29, 1944 in Bay County, Florida to John William Barnes and Clarcie Price Barnes.
A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, Minnie was a member of Miracle Valley Spirit of Holiness Church. She loved spending time outdoors, especially tending to her flowers in her garden.
She also enjoyed collecting dolls and visiting local flea markets and yard sales. Above all, Minnie loved her family dearly and will be sorely missed by all.
She was preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband: Robert Crunkelton; siblings: JC Barnes, JT Barnes, Ander J. Barnes, Aurella Barker; grandchildren: Gloria Nelson and Aaron Crunkelton.
She is survived by her children: Dale Nelson of Chipley, Florida, Jeannie Young of Chipley, Florida, Christopher Crunkelton of Chipley, Florida, April Michelle Deehl of Southport, Florida, Starla Crunkelton of Chipley, Florida; brother: JB Barnes and wife Carlene of Callaway, Florida; grandchildren: Timothy Young, Donnie Young, Levi Young, Valerie Nelson, Cody Deehl, Tye Walsingham, Kylie Welch, Cameron Welch, Ciara Welch; numerous great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11AM Friday, August 20, 2021 at Miracle Valley Spirit of Holiness Church in Chipley, Florida with Bro. Wesley Ard and Bro. Donovan Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
