The City of Chipley Public Works will be closing a portion of 6th Avenue between East Blvd. & Pecan Street for tree removal on Wednesday, Sept. 8th at 8:00 a.m. We will update once road is opened to thru traffic.

Motorists traveling through these areas will be directed by flaggers through the work zone.
All planned construction activities are weather-dependent and may be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.
Drivers are reminded to pay attention to the reduced speed limit when traveling through the construction area.
