The Gap Pond Cemetery workday will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021.
The cemetery is located at 1980 Gap Boulevard east of Sunny Hills proper.
All descendants of people buried there, genealogists and all interested in preserving Washington County history are invited to participate.
Work will involve mowing, weeding, pressure washing, monument painting, cutting tree limbs and brush, clearing and maintaining gravesites.
Please bring your own tools and refreshments.
Work will begin at 8AM and last until Noon at the latest.
