Dennis Edward Love, age 58 of Chipley, passed from this life on September 5, 2021, at his residence.
Dennis was born on October 11,1962 in Chattahoochee, Florida to Edward Love and Mabel Weeks. A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, Dennis worked as a wrestling referee for 17 years in the southeast for independent wrestling circuits. During his free time, he loved to go fishing.
He was a member of Grace and Glory Worship Center in Chipley, Florida. Above all, Dennis was always there for his kids and grandkids.
He is preceded in death by his father: Edward Love; brother: William Love.
He is survived by his beloved wife: Barbara Love of Chipley, Florida; mother: Mabel Allday of Chipley, Florida; sons: Kenneth Wheeler (Kelsie) of Wausau, Florida, Mike Wheeler (Alicia) of New Hampshire, Cody Griffin of Chipley, Florida, Ethan Shirah of Chipley, Florida; daughters: Tiffany Shirah of Chipley, Florida,Tina Clark (Ricky) of Chipley, Florida, Gina Skipper (Jason Lipford) of Marianna, Florida; brothers: Jabo of Milton, Florida, James Love of Chipley, Florida,sisters: Glenda Love of Chipley, Florida, Nell Branning (Daryl) of Alford,Florida, Gracie Riley (John) of Graceville, Florida, Sheila Allday of Greenwood, Florida, grandchildren: Michael Jr., Aalia, Sean, Harmony, Eric, Jamie,Bentley, Sabrina(Chris), Ryan, Bobby, Ryan Langford (Jennifer), Helen, Terry, Nikki, Tony Wayne, Dylan; great grandchildren: Selyna, Coltyn, Styrla, Carsyn, Elizabeth, Hunter, Gauge, Gracelyn, Jax, Serenity, John, Jaiydon, Aiden, Brycen, Harley.
A celebration of Life Service will be held 3 PM Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Grace and Glory Worship Center in Chipley, Florida. Memorialization will be by cremation with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
