Danny Alexander Malone, 68 of Ponce de Leon, Florida, went home to be with the Lord on November 7, 2021 at Seaside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Danny was born on August 15, 1953 in Pensacola, Florida to Harold and Mary Price Malone. He enjoyed spending his time outdoors hunting, fishing, and riding ATV’s on his property.
Danny was of the Christian faith and attended the House of Healing in Chipley, Florida when his health permitted.
Of all of his greatest joys in life, his family brought him the utmost pride, especially his son and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his son, Daniel A. Malone and wife Amanda of Winterpark, Florida; grandchildren: Ella Elizabeth Malone and Abigail Ann Malone of Winterpark, Florida; brothers: Harold A. Malone Jr. and wife Rose of Milton, Florida, Darryl William Malone and wife Patty of Pensacola, Florida, Randy E. Malone and wife Anna of Austin, Texas; sisters: Frances Elaine Price and husband Dean of Ponce de Leon, Florida, Mary Darlene Ohlson and husband John of Houston, Texas; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and loved ones whom he loved dearly.
Funeral service will be held 1PM Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the House of Healing in Chipley, Florida with Bro. Terry Hinote and Bro. Lynn Sims officiating.
Interment will follow in Cluster Springs Cemetery in Defuniak Springs, Florida. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida directing.
The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
