On November 8, 2021 a deputy stopped a Chevrolet pickup being driven by Shane Mullins for no tag on Hwy 177 and Lewis Leavins Drive.
While talking to Mullins a deputy observed a plastic container in the truck that appeared to have meth in it. A driver license check revealed Mullins license to be suspended.
Mullins stated to deputies that he had a meth pipe in his jacket pocket and a search of his person revealed a meth pipe along with a marijuana pipe.
A search of the vehicle was conducted and located in the vehicle were two syringes, another meth and marijuana pipe. Mullins was placed under arrest and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana.
