Elois Riley, 87 Passes on November 22, 2021

Elois Riley, age 87, passed from this world to eternity on Monday, November 22, 2021. Her peaceful transition to Heaven was made with her family at her side. 

Ms. Riley will be remembered by many as compassionate, giving, caring, hardworking, and God Fearing. She retired from her passion for caregiving in 1993 from Northwest Florida Community Hospital, where she worked tirelessly to provide quality care for patients of Washington County. She leaves behind a host of loving family that will work hard to carry on her Legacy. Brother Lamar Branton and wife Pat;

Son, Paul Riley; Daughter and Son in Law, Gina and John Page; Granddaughters René Taylor, Trisha Pumphrey, and Leah Pettis; Grandsons, Billy Shumaker, and Chris Obert; 8 Great Grandchildren, and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, Howard and Leona Brandon; her Husband, William C. Riley; Two Daughters, Kathy Kent and Sharon Vanlerisburg; 3 Brothers and 2 Sisters. 

The Family would like to thank Dr. Mark Garney for his excellent care through the years and time with her. As well as thank Hospice Care for all of the dedication and kindness that they showed her and our family during this difficult time. 

Funeral services will be held 11:00A.M. Friday, November 26, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Cloys Joiner, Rev. Juno Douglas and Rev. Michael Tadlock officiating. Interment will follow in the Rock Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at 10:00A.M.
