On Tuesday, December 7, 2021, Vernon Elementary School held its annual 5th grade Spelling Bee, and the following students were awarded with prizes:.
1st Place – Ciana Stone
2nd Place – Karmen Smith
3rd Place – Bella Cooke
Alternate – Willow Hubbard
Other participants included Savannah Anderson, Jalon Brown, Shyanne Burdeshaw, Brooke Clecker, Jeremiah Johnson, Ayva May, Isabella Rodriguez and Ashley Pedigo.
