The Adult Education Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, Florida recently awarded four High School Diplomas to graduating students in that program.
Jessica Bowden, Terra Bowen, Oliver York and Whisper Guyer each earned their High School Diploma in the program, as seen in the contributed photos (below).
