Authorities have released the identity of a Panama City man killed in a traffic accident on 23rd Street Tuesday afternoon.
According to a news release from the Panama City Police Department, Daniel Ray Kennington, 36, of Panama City, was identified as the victim.
Kennington was riding a motorcycle westbound on 23rd Street at approximately 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, when he lost control on the curve between Collegiate Drive and the flyover.
Kennington’s motorcycle crossed the median and collided with an eastbound van.
