Washington County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Donald Eugene Skipper of Chipley on Outstanding Methamphetamine Warrant

Donald Eugene Skipper, 54, Of Chipley was arrested on Thursday, February 3, 2022 on an outstanding Washington County warrant for the sale of methamphetamine.
 
After the arrest of Skipper, Washington County Drug Task Force members performed a search of Skipper’s residence on Rattlebox Rd. where contact was made with another individual living in the home.
 
The subject was identified as, 29-year-old, Troy Alan Tyus. Tyus was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
 
Tyus was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine.
Joseph Leroy Goodman, 32, of Chipley, is in custody after a short foot pursuit. Goodman who had an active Holmes County warrant was located at a residence on Nearing Hills Dr. in Chipley. Washington County Sheriff’s Office deputies apprehended Goodman a short distance away.
 
Goodman was arrested and now faces a new charge for resisting arrest without violence.
 
Goodman was placed on probation for possession of a controlled substance on December 13, 2021.
 
All subjects have been booked into the Washington County Jail.
