Catherine Simmons Baldwin, age 90, of Bonifay, Florida passed away February 6, 2022, at her home.
She was born August 1, 1931, in Westville, Florida to the late Ira Knott Simmons and Corene Crosby Simmons. In addition to her parents, Catherine was preceded in death by Fred Baldwin, Jr., one son, Craig Baldwin and two sisters, Margarette Miller and husband John Jr. and Gloria Luker and husband Clyde.
Ms. Baldwin is survived by one daughter, Glenda Smith of Bonifay, FL; one niece, Brenda Rich and husband Glenn of Bonifay, FL; one nephew, Joe Luker and wife Dottie of Charleston, SC; great-nieces and nephews, Bradley Rich and wife Erin and son Kevin, Jennifer Shirley and husband Tom and children, Caden, Calen, Jacob, and Jessica, Amy Domingue and husband Kenny and sons, Al and Riley, Shannon Perea and husband Aubrey and children, Henley, Piper, and Elim, and Billy Luker and wife Katie.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM Saturday, February 12, 2022, in the Westville Community Cemetery with Dr. Shelly Chandler officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM Saturday at Peel Funeral Home.
