Charles Henry Keen III “Buddy”, lost his battle with cancer and went home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2022 at his residence in Bonifay, Florida.
Charles was born on July 14, 1963 in Carrabelle, Florida to Paul Samuel Krouse and Catherine Suttles Krouse. He was later adopted by his grandparents Charles Henry Keen Jr. and Ruth Quinn Keen. A lifelong resident of the Florida Panhandle, Charles worked in the Construction industry until he was disabled several years ago. Buddy loved to fish and was always looking for someone to take him.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Paul and Catherine Krouse, Charles and Ruth Keen; brother: Samuel David Krouse.
He is survived by his sisters: Sandra Gail Krouse of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Cathay York and husband William of Bonifay, Florida; nieces: Paula York, Shannon Meadows, Brandi Krouse, April Krouse; nephews: Chris York, Sammy Krouse; numerous great nieces and nephews; and also his very dear friends and caregivers: Kathy Revels and Sharon Revels.
A memorial service will be held in his honor 11AM Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Bonifay First Assembly of God, 1009 South Waukesha Street, Bonifay, Florida 32425. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.
