Melinda Faye Roberts, age 49, of DeFuniak Springs, Florida passed away April 25, 2022, at North Okaloosa Medical Center in Crestview, Florida.
She was born November 20, 1972, in Panama City, Florida.
Ms. Roberts was preceded in death by her father, Bill Roberts and her mother, Betty Faye Johnson Roberts.
Ms. Roberts is survived by three children, Toni Lindsey of Geneva, AL, Lonnie Lindsey and wife Megan of Westville, FL, and Ashley Lindsey of DeFuniak Springs, FL; her father, Johnny Mack Roberts of DeFuniak Springs, FL; one brother, Johnny Roberts of Leonia, FL; one sister, Amanda Henderson of DeFuniak Springs, FL; thirteen grandchildren, Steven Weidenhaft, Heidi Cooper, Jasmine Cooper, Eric Cooper, Jeremy Cooper, Colton Brown, Piper Lindsey, Kullyn Clark, Jace Durrance, Julian Durrance, Bethany Clements, Chandler Clements, and Sofie Clements; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, April 29, 2022, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Alaqua Methodist Church Cemetery in DeFuniak Springs, Florida.
The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 PM at Peel Funeral Home.
