Jackson County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Respond to Church Burglary in Grand Ridge

On June 30, 2022, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded to a burglary at a church in Grand Ridge.

When deputies arrived on scene, the complainant stated several items had been removed from
the church.

Through the course of the investigation, Charles “Daniel” Parsons was determined to be a suspect.

Parsons was located and deputies found stolen items from the church inside his truck.

Charles “Daniel” Parsons was taken into custody without incident and charged with Grand Theft, Criminal
Mischief, and two counts of Burglary of a Structure.

This is an ongoing investigation and other charges are pending.

Sheriff Edenfield is grateful that the suspect was identified and located and is proud of the work of JCSO deputies to bring this thief to justice.
