Rusalinda “Linda” Gail Massey, 72 of Wausau, passed from this life on July 7, 2022 at her residence.
Linda was born on April 15, 1950 in Oceana, West Virginia to Russell and Alma Massey. Linda attained her Master’s Degree from John Hopkins University and worked as a Health Care Consultant. She was of the Roman Catholic religion.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Alma Massey; beloved husband: T.D. Smith.
She is survived by her daughter: Lori Thomas of Wausau, Florida; brother: David Massey and wife Patty of Oceana, West Virginia; sister: Elaine Martin and husband Mike of O’Brien, Florida; step children: Tommy Smith of Chipley, Florida, Penny Sewell of Dallas, Texas, Theresa Broussard of Abbeville, Louisiana, Tommy Orgill of Fairmont, West Virginia, Kathleen Orgill of Fairmont, West Virginia; grandchildren: Ashley Canter and fiancé of Michael Stanton of Tallahassee, Florida, Cameron Cook of Wausau, Florida.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 6-8PM Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Obert Funeral Home in Chipley, Florida. Obert Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
