The Washington County, Florida Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating a death near Pate Pond and Union Hill Rd. in Chipley.
Deputies responded to the scene following a 9-1-1 call that came in at approximately 6 a.m.
One body has been found deceased, and investigators are processing the scene.
