In humble submission to the will of God, we respectfully announce the earthly transition of Mr. Creal Potter of Vernon, Florida on July 17, 2022 in Vernon, Florida. He was 71 years old and a life long native of Washington County, Florida.
Creal was born on July 19, 1950 to the late James and Mary (Massaline) Potter in Washington County, Florida.
He attended the public school system of Washington County, Florida and also attended the Church of God By Faith in Vernon, Florida from time to time under the leadership of Pastor, Elder Theodore Powell.
Creal was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was employed with Registers Service Station as a Service Tech and was a self-employed logger.
He was preceded in death by three of his children and Mrs. Diane Stephenson, the mother to three (3) of his four sons.
Creal leaves to continue his legacy four sons: Reginald (Colette) Potter of Texas City, Texas, Matthew (Travis) Potter, James Potter, both of Vernon, Florida, and Timothy (Angela) Potter of Bonifay, Florida; nine grandchildren: Jeffrey, Martha, Alexander, Jonathan, Madison, Mc’Kayla, Kyan, Jeremiah, and Timothy; three great-grandchildren: Sage, Star, and Orion; two sisters: Mable (Sam) Patterson of Graceville, Florida, and Cassaline (Ricky) Davis of Vernon, Florida; three brothers: Gene Potter, Ted Potter, and Daniel (Dorothy) Potter, all of Vernon, Florida; aunt: Elizabeth Riley of Vernon, Florida; two uncles: Sylvester Massaline of Sunny Hills, Florida, and James Massaline of Orlando, Florida; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
