Drivers will encounter traffic disruptions on the following state roads in Washington and Holmes counties as crews perform construction and maintenance activities.
Washington County:
- State Road (S.R.) 77 Resurfacing from Brickyard Road to South Boulevard – Drivers may encounter intermittent lane closures and shifts during sidewalk construction as equipment and workers enter and exit the roadway.
- S.R. 77 (Main Street) Intersection Improvements at South Boulevard (County Road (C.R.) 273) – Road closure on South Boulevard the week of Monday, Sept. 19 for drainage operations.
Holmes County:
- Thomas Drive Bridge Replacement over Open Creek – Motorists will encounter intermittent lane closures just east of S.R. 79 the week of Monday, Sept. 19 for construction activities.
All activities are weather-dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to use caution, especially at night, when traveling through a work zone and to watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
