Linda D. Obert went home to be with the Lord on September 24, 2022, at Washington Rehab and Nursing Center.
Linda was born on October 31, 1951 in Ozark, Alabama to John McDaniel and Alma Johnson.
She was a resident of the Florida Panhandle since 1979, coming from Newton, Alabama. Above anything else in the world, she loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents: John McDaniel and Alma Johnson; husband: Jay Obert; brother: Chris McDaniel.
She is survived by her daughter: Wendy Chambers (Rodger) of Chipley, FL; grandchildren: Danielle Rowe (Justin), Justin Chambers (Laira); great grandchildren: Paisley Rowe, Slayde Chambers and baby girl Chambers on the way.
Family will receive friends 5-7 PM Monday, September 26, 2022, at Obert Funeral Home in Chipley, Florida. Obert Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
