The report of a disturbance on Anderson Street in Chipley ended in the arrest of 21-year-old, Qui’Sean Assad Florence of DeFuniak Springs.
Around 12:30 p.m., October 23rd, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Chipley Police Department responded to the residence after receiving reports of a disturbance.
Deputies arrived on scene and observed a male subject driving a vehicle matching the description from the complaint.
Deputies made contact with the driver, Qui’Sean Florence, located in plain sight were two firearms and the controlled substance in the passenger seat of the vehicle.
Florence was arrested and booked into the Washington County Jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver within 1000 ft of public housing and possession of a weapon while in the commission of a felony.
