The Chipley, Florida Police Department has reported a shooting late Thursday evening, December 22, 2023, at 1317 Kay Avenue, with subsequent investigation, and has verified the identity of the assailant as Stanley Williams, 51, who has been arrested by the Washington County, Florida Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
