Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Perry Lee of Bonifay for Methamphetamine, Felon with Concealed Weapon, Schedule 2, 3 & 4 Drugs

On December 31, a deputy with the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the roadway near Spring Valley Rd. and Hwy. 79.
 
Upon arrival, the deputy observed the reported vehicle and discovered a man slumped over in the driver’s seat.
 
The deputy also noticed two firearms in the front passenger seat.
 
Contact was made with the driver, Perry Lee of Bonifay. Lee, a convicted felon, was directed to exit the vehicle.
 
A probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted that produced a total of three firearms and multiple rounds of ammunition, a glass pipe containing methamphetamine, a digital scale, a baggie of marijuana, a THC edible, multiple baggies containing methamphetamine, and several various pills for which Lee did not have a prescription.
 
Perry Lee was transported to the Holmes County Jail and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, carrying a concealed weapon without a license, felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a schedule 2 controlled substance, possession of a schedule 3 controlled substance, possession of a schedule 4 controlled substance, possession of a THC edible without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
