Hemodialysis Students Finish Training at Florida Panhandle Technical College, Pass CCHT Tests, Hired by DaVita Dialysis

By | January 9, 2023

Students in the Hemodialysis Program at Florida Panhandle Technical College recently completed their training and passed the State-mandated CCHT (Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician) tests.

Florida Panhandle Technical College offers well-paid career programs on the Chipley Campus, as evidenced by this group of students, most of whom were immediately hired by DaVita Dialysis in Chipley and Panama City.

There is still time to register for these programs as a dual-enrolled high schooler or an adult, and the college is offering half-day shadow sessions of their array of technical programs so potential students can get an opportunity to experience these offerings prior to committing to full-time attendance.

Hands-on student participation requires punctuality, a work ethic, the ability to follow direction, an attention to detail and a desire to learn.

Classes are now enrolling for the January 2023 Semester, which started on January 4, and limited seating is available for adult and dual-enrolled high school students.

Call 850-638-1180 Extension 6317 or drop by 757 Hoyt Street for a tour and/or a half-day shadowing session of our facilities and an opportunity to speak to our students.
