US Officials Indicate Chinese Spy Craft Payload Located Off South Carolina Mostly Intact on Friday, February 10, 2023

President Biden ordered the Pentagon to shoot down a spy balloon flying over Montana last week.

Defense officials decided to do so when it reached water outside of a 12mile limit.

A payload of a size of a bus was shot down by U.S. fighter jets, but its debris remains mostly intact.

Bad weather is delaying the search due to heavy rainfall and strong winds which could damage vessels and reduce visibility.
