Jackson County, Florida Sheriff’s Office Arrests Three in 28 Traffic Stops for Suspended Licenses, Felony Firearm Possession and Meth

On Friday, March 17, our office conducted a traffic detail on Highway 231 near the I-10 corridor.

This operation focused on traffic violators traveling on Highway 231 through Jackson County.

During the operation, approximately 28 traffic stops were conducted for various traffic infractions.

Three individuals who were found to be breaking Florida statutes or found to have arrest warrants were arrested.

Jimmy Price was initially stopped for speeding and was arrested on a warrant out of Jackson County for Failure to Appear for Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.

Jachob Berry was initially stopped for speeding and was arrested for being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm. A 12-gauge shotgun was seized from Berry.

Rory James Davis was initially stopped for failing to maintain a single lane of travel and was arrested for a warrant out of Jackson County for Violation of State Probation for Possession of Methamphetamine.
