West Florida Electric Cooperative holds an annual family day of celebration, including food, fun and fellowship, with this year’s event scheduled for April 29, 2023.
Recently, George Clayton Owens, District 6 Trustee for West Florida Electric Cooperative for the past dozen years, explained the voting process for the position of Trustee for WFECA and encouraged all members of the cooperative, and especially families, to join the fun in Graceville on this day.
‘This is an opportunity to learn more about the cooperative, to meet your coop representatives and to enjoy a day of relaxation, all courtesy of your power provider’, said Owens.
The event will include inflatables for the kids, electrical equipment demonstrations, free BBQ lunch, a health fair, Gospel music and a day of relaxation.
‘I look forward to this event each year’, said Owens, ‘and look forward to seeing many old friends and making some new ones as well’.
