By | March 31, 2023

Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible on Saturday, mainly along the north of the I-10 corridor, where there is a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) of severe thunderstorms.

The severe outlook has not changed much for Saturday with this update.

Isolated damaging wind gusts and hail will be the main concern, though a brief tornado is also possible.

Overview:

Either a line of thunderstorms, or perhaps a couple clusters of thunderstorms, will move east-southeast on Saturday through the Alabama Wiregrass and Southwest Georgia.

Storms will gradually shift southeast by the late afternoon and coverage/severity will likely decrease by the late afternoon hours and into the evening as storms move into our Florida counties.

Timing: Late morning through the afternoon, though storms could linger into early evening along and east of I-75.
