The administration staff at Florida Panhandle Technical College in Chipley, Florida held a ‘Kentucky Derby Day’ event on Monday, May 8, 2023, as seen in these photos of and by FPTC Photography students.
All instructors and support staff were invited, and featured was the ‘Best Hat’ contest, as well as an opportunity to pick the race winner.
Men attended in hats and/or bow ties and the ladies were challenged to wear their most daring hat.
Just one of many morale- and team-building events throughout the school year, the event was well-attended and appreciated by all who sampled the food and fun.
