Arlene Towers-Brandon, age 78, of Bonifay, Florida passed away May 7, 2023, at her home, with loving family by her side, after a period of declining health.
She was born May 6, 1945, in Taylor, Georgia to the late Matt Towers and Elizabeth Mae Wells Towers.
In addition to her parents, Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Rayburn McDougle, one son, Scott McDougle, one grandson, Matthew Howard, four siblings, Louise Talley, Kathryn Smith, Margie Sanders, and Johnny Towers.
Arlene is survived by one daughter, Sherrie McDougle; three grandchildren, Brandi, Allen, and Amanda; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Williams and Deborah Rogers; numerous nieces and nephews.
Arlene loved Jesus with all her heart and did her best to show His love to all. She adored her great grandchildren and her church family.
Cremation was with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay, Florida in charge of arrangements.
A celebration of life will be at Barrett Road Church of God, in Calhoun, Ga. at a later date.
