Investigators from the Lynn Haven Police Department have arrested a thirty-two-year-old, Honduran National on felony charges of Sexual Battery on a Child under twelve years of age.
Elvin Ayala-Espinoza, who listed a Lynn Haven address was arrested after a seven-year-old female disclosed that he had engaged in an on-going pattern of sexual abuse against her which had occurred repeatedly over a long period of time.
Ayala-Espinoza was arrested without incident and was booked into the Bay County Jail, where he will be held pending his First Appearance before a local Judge.
