Authorities with the Florida Highway Patrol say that they found a 2019 Honda CRV, occupied by an unidentified 16-year-old from Bonifay, rolled over on County Road 173, south of Budfield Road while a 2017 Nissan Sentra, driven by a 26-year-old from Bonifay with a 4-year-old passenger, was in the ditch on the northbound shoulder.
Troopers say the 26-year-old driver died on the scene, and the 16-year-old and the 4-year-old were both transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Their conditions are currently unknown and the crash is under investigation by the Florida Highway Patrol.
