On May 27, 2023, deputies with the Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle pulling a trailer with no lights.
Contact was made with the driver, identified as Christopher Spicer of Westville, who does not have a valid driver’s license.
During the stop, K9 Buck conducted a free air sniff of the vehicle and gave a positive alert to the presence of illegal narcotics.
A probable cause search of the vehicle produced a glass pipe containing methamphetamine.
A check with dispatch revealed that, in addition to the suspended driver’s license, Spicer also had two active Holmes County warrants and one active Walton County warrant.
Christopher Spicer was arrested on the outstanding warrants and also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended or revoked.
