Belinda Gail Finch, age 67, of Vernon, Florida passed away May 28, 2023, at Bay Medical Center in Panama City, Florida.
She was born May 17, 1956, in Savannah, Georgia.
Mrs. Finch was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Barnes and one brother, Don Barnes.
Mrs. Finch is survived by her husband, Randall Powell of Vernon, FL; her mother, Yvonne Barnes of Chipley, FL; one daughter, Katrina Tanton of Chipley, FL; two grandchildren, Brayleigh Tanton and Whitley Tanton both of Chipley, FL; two step-daughters, Miranda Lindsey Powell and Lacy Nicole Kelly both of Panama City, FL; six step-grandchildren, Maddox Munyon, Mattilyn Munyon, Brinlee Kelly, Brayden Harris, Hunter Kelly, and Braxton Kelly all on Panama City, FL; two brothers, Charles Branes and wife Marion of CO and Dennis Barnes and wife Brenda of NC; several nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay, Florida in charge of arrangements.
