On June 13, 2023, deputies with the Holmes County, Florida Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on T. Bruner Lane in reference to a narcotics complaint.
Contact was made with two residents, Joseph Singletary and his son, Joseph Singletary, Jr.
A consensual search of the home and a probable cause search of Singletary Jr.’s person produced a glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue, a baggy of methamphetamine, an additional glass pipe, and two cut straws commonly used to ingest methamphetamine.
Singletary and Singletary Jr. were arrested and transported to the Holmes County Jail.
Joseph Singletary is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph Singletary, Jr. is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
