Shortly after 1:30pm on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, the Okaloosa County, Florida Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding males engaged in sexual activity in view of the public at Ray Lynn Barnes Boat Ramp in Crestview.
A responding deputy observed the males engaged in a sex act while they were in full view of occupants, including children, in the county park.
56-year old Gary Lee Hunter was charged with principal to exposure of sexual organs.
68-year old George Allen Davis initially left the scene and was stopped nearby.
Davis was charged with exposure of sexual organs, possession of a new legend drug, and traffic offenses.
