The Bay County, Florida Sheriff’s Office reminds visitors and residents alike that Double Red Flags are flying, so you must stay out of the Gulf waters, upon penalty of arrest.
Swimming conditions are still too dangerous for anyone to get into the water, so if you go in, you could be fined or arrested. Stay out and stay alive.
